Vital Communicators (VC) Toastmasters Club is a club with high standards in the true spirit of Toastmasters International. We form a circle of friends dedicated to the progress and development of communication and leadership skills of every member of our club.
We believe that the saying, "the more you give, the more you get", applies particularly to Toastmasters. By giving your time, your energy, your imagination and your enthusiasm to every project assigned to you, you will see yourself grow in experience and self-confidence.
At Toastmasters' meetings members get the opportunity to carry out various functions and gain valuable experience in leadership and communication. This was summarised by Dr Ralph C Smedley, the founder of Toastmasters, in his statement: "Learning by participation in moments of enjoyment".
VC was chartered on 25 July 1989
and recently celebrated it's eigthteen birthday. VC is one of many
clubs in Southern
Africa (District 74) and one of 12 clubs in Pretoria (Division
A).
Meetings
VC meets every second and fourth Monday of every month in Groenkloof.
