The Youth Leadership programme is designed to teach public speaking to the youth. During the programme the participants have the opportunity to present three to six speeches, introduce other speakers, and serve as evaluators. They also participate in table topics. Club members advise and evaluate participants and provide instructions in speaking techniques. The programme can be conducted in four, six or eight sessions.
Vital Communicators is very active in presenting Youth Leadership courses. For the past eight years a course has been presented at Montana Hoërskool. A course is also presented yearly at St Paulus Pre-primariy and primary and during 2004 a course was also presented at Centurion Hoërskool - which now will also become a yearly calendar event.
